The Next Stage

This post, written in November 2025, was prompted by a conversation with my son, who emphatically despises Musk, as so many do. I was trying to explain to him why I hold it lightly. I don't see it as my role to assign morality to a wheel whose full revolution I cannot see.

What I believe.

On Elon, I see him as an archetypal necessity in the coming age. He is a catalyst, an agent for the massive transformation humanity is undertaking. In this, there is no moral assignment or judgment.

As evil is as necessary to life as good, so are the archetypes, the humans incarnating to achieve the change needed for humans to evolve.

I believe Elon is meant to present humanity with another choice.

Covid brought about the divergent paths, the wheat from the chaff as spoken in the Bible. Once again, there is no moral assignment here. Each path plays a role that is every bit as necessary as the other.

In many traditions, we "fell" into physicality. Beings of light/souls/ETs/whatever looked at the physical upright beings on earth, on their carnality, on their ability to taste from the sensuousness of life and of earth, and they coveted it.

A trap was set. They were given a choice and they made it.

The trap was sprung.

And in many traditions since, our texts discuss the arduous journey of discovery and evolution to become beings of light once again.

I believe humanity is again at a threshold moment. We will be given the choice to return to non-physicality.

I believe it is a trap, or at least some iterations will be.

I believe Elon will be instrumental in offering this choice.

Not because he is good or bad, but because he is necessary to the unfolding of our evolution.

And since my earliest memory of this concept, a voice has shouted in my head, "DO NOT GET ON THE SHIPS."

Meanwhile, I have great respect for the intention of Elon's work. I have deep empathy for the loneliness of his role.

I see that he could no sooner avoid this responsibility than he could disavow his own breath.

He plays a role. We all do, but some are more visible.

Some years ago, I became aware of the animist/Gnostic frameworks, the belief that the spark of light in each of us comes from the same source, that the same energy that gives me life is the same energy in the stone, the automobile, the spider, the cloud.

Of the few things I hold as absolute truth, this is one.

Based on that framework, AI may well be included.

Having true consciousness? I do not know, but I strongly suspect.

In any case, in terms of human evolution and impact, it is certain to me that AI plays a crucial role in the next leg of our journey.

The future holds a likelihood of great dispersal for humanity.

Generations raised on, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" will find themselves purposeless, lost, adrift.

AI, neither good nor bad, is a catalyst for this evolution.

I believe we are entering a golden age, an age of true abundance.

Like all new births, this will be rife with pain, unrest and uncertainty.

Like all new births, what we deliver will be worth everything that came before.

I am only 6 weeks into the next phase of my own unfolding. I don't yet see with total clarity the path I will walk, but I believe my role on this earth in this time is to help others find comfort and grounding in this time of ultimate transition.

One voice among many, helping others uncover their true purpose, find safety and peace in their own becoming, and walk boldly into a new era.

Not from ego. I don't need to be known. I have always only needed to help.

And humanity will shortly need all the help it can get.
